Made from high-gluten spring wheat flour created specifically for our bakery, finished with a freshly cut palmetto leaf laid down the length of the loaf — that's what creates the signature split, and that's what nobody else does. Zero trans fat. The recipe hasn't changed since Juan Moré brought it back from Havana.
